The agencies listed below can help you make important decisions about your pregnancy and provide services you may need. Pregnancy testing and counseling are available at the following clinics---many offering some services for free. Call for cost and hours.
Baylor Teen Clinic
All services are offered at no cost at Baylor’s 5 locations. Family planning, pregnancy testing, pre-natal care, post-partum care, social work and case management. Services are confidential and are available to pregnant teens 20 years old and younger.
Free pregnancy tests. Offers support, information, and referrals for medical care.
Childbirth and Family Network
Bayou City Medical Center---offers free pregnancy tests and Family Physician referral services. For more information, call the 24-hour information line.
Houston Women’s Clinic

Lutheran Social Services
Services are provided for unplanned pregnancies including counseling, pre-natal and delivery planning, and adoption planning. Counseling services are available for teens and their families.

Planned Parenthood of Houston and Southeast Texas - Teen Clinic

Offers services to teens 19 years and younger. Free or low-cost exams for birth control, and treatment for sexually-transmitted infections. Day, evening, and Saturday appointments.
Pregnancy Help Center
Services provided at no cost for teen men, women, and family members. Information, education, and counseling available concerning options for an unplanned pregnancy.
Associated Catholic Charities
Offers medical and social services for pregnant teens 12-21 years old. Pre-natal and post-partum services at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Counseling, support groups, parenting education, life skills and decision making classes during the pregnancy. Programs also available for the birth father and members of their support system. One year in-home aftercare service.
Associated Catholic Charities
Hotline number available before 5 PM to discuss adoption. Offers services to teens considering or planning adoption, including individual counseling, support groups, medical and legal services. After 5 PM, leave a message for someone to return your call.
DePelchin Children’s Center
Offers confidential services, including pregnancy and parenting support for teens.
Life House of Houston, Inc.
Home for unwed pregnant teens. Offers schooling, GED, classes in parenting, adoption, childbirth, finances, bible study, and job readiness. Offers services especially for pregnant and/or parenting teens. The following agencies can offer education, medical care, and counseling. Call for more information.
