Running Away

Suicide
If you think someone may be suicidal, don’t be afraid to ask. Mentioning suicide will not give someone the idea or push them over the edge. Simply ask them, “Are you suicidal” or “Are you thinking about killing yourself.” This allows them to open up to you and talking about it can prevent it from happening. (more...)

Violence means using force to hurt someone or something. Some people use violence to control others. They may throw things, punch the wall, or hit somebody. They may even be sorry afterwards.
